Dr. Michelle Seekford DNP MPH FNP-C COHN-S CCM - Owner
Michelle Seekford is the Owner of Valley Case Management and brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in direct patient care, clinical leadership, and large-scale project implementation within occupational and primary healthcare settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1994, followed by a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Occupational Health and Safety from Tulane University in 2010. Michelle later completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Old Dominion University and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Alabama in 2019.
In addition to Valley Case Management, Michelle is also the Owner of Valley Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine and Sapphire Family Practice, both located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Her leadership is grounded in clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a deep understanding of workforce health across diverse industries.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at her cabin, where one of her favorite pastimes is bear watching.

Kristy Romano - Director of Operations
Kristy Romano brings over 12 years of progressive experience in direct patient care, serving urban and rural communities as a first responder in emergency medical services. Since joining Valley Case Management in 2019, she has held multiple leadership and operational roles, gaining extensive expertise across clinical operations, administration, and compliance. Kristy holds certifications in OSHA compliance and the Incident Command System (ICS) and serves as VCM’s lead certified CPR, AED, and First Aid Instructor. Her hands-on leadership and comprehensive field experience play a critical role in maintaining the consistency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality standards upheld across all VCM operations. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and living-room karaoke dance parties with her four daughters.

Keilahnye O'Bryant - Operations Manager
Keilahnye “Kei” O'Bryant comes with a decade of nursing experience and a background spanning several clinical specialties. Kei plays a key role in driving operational excellence at Valley Case Management. Since joining the organization in 2021, she has transitioned from Supervisor to Operations Manager, where she leads field operations, supports providers, and ensures consistent delivery of medical services across all projects. Kei is OSHA certified and additionally trained in wellness coaching, CPR, and AED. Her commitment to strong communication, team development, and reliable clinic workflows supports VCM’s mission in every region we serve. When she’s not working, Kei enjoys family time and cheering on her son at his soccer games.

Amanda Kyger - Director of Human Resources
Amanda Kyger joined Valley Case Management (VCM) in 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, Amanda oversees all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring VCM’s workforce remains aligned with the company’s operational and regulatory standards. Her leadership supports the continued growth and stability of VCM’s multi-state operations while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, is an avid hockey fan, and prioritizes fitness and wellness through regular workouts.

Kim Midkiff - Billing Specialist
Kim Midkiff began her career with one of our affiliated businesses in 2011 as a Personal Care Associate. In 2013, she transitioned into an administrative role, where she gained extensive experience by wearing many hats across the organization. In 2019, Kim moved into her current role as a Billing Specialist and is the backbone of all financial responsibility for VCM, bringing years of hands-on knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of operations to support the organization’s success. In her downtime, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her pet bearded dragons, earning her the team-given nickname, “Mother of Dragons.”
