About Us
Valley Case Management was founded in 2004 by Dr. Michelle Seekford DNP MPH FNP-C COHN-S CCM. VCM originally began by specializing in staffing on-site medical professionals in manufacturing facilities – especially poultry and extruded vinyl siding. By late 2005, VCM branched out to offer contracted medical case management services and paramedical services. By 2006, VCM fulfilled a passion for “those who build America” by merging the expertise of on-site medical staff with the philosophies of occupational health and medical case management to provide innovative and effective solutions to the construction industry.
Management Team
Dr. Michelle Seekford DNP MPH FNP-C COHN-S CCM – Owner
Michelle is the Owner of Valley Case Management and has over 25 years of solid experience in direct patient care, clinical management, and project implementation . Michelle obtained her Bachelor Degree in Nursing in 1994, and received her Masters in Public Health in 2010. She recently obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Alabama in 2019.
Michelle also is the Owner of Valley Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine and Sapphire Family Practice which are both located in Harrisonburg, VA.
In her off time she enjoys spending time with her family and at her cabin where she can do one of her favorite hobbies which is bear watching.
